With classes up to 18 members, the format changes monthly but will always follow the foundations of cardio equipment, bodyweight and kettlebell exercises.

It doesn't matter if you've never stepped foot in a gym before or how old (young!) you are. You might never have been interested in sport or fitness, and that's okay! After your initial assessment in your Introduction session, we'll have a much better understanding of what you can do and we'll be able to tailor everything to suit your needs.
We've got a lot of them don't worry! From multiple surgeries, bionic-bits and all those aches and pains that don't seem to go away, we've got you covered. We'll go over any concerns in your Intro and make sure we assess and manage this as best as we can, ensuring the whole team is aware before you step foot on the gym floor.

Absolutely not! And strong is a relative term anyway... If you can lift anything then you can weight train - no one is too weak! We'll bring the challenges if you bring the effort!

Some of our youngest members have found friends 30+ years older than them. Members train with others who are young enough to be their grandchildren. Basically your age, gender, background and ability don't matter - everyone is welcome under our roof.
