What is Small Group PT?

Operating on a ratio of 1 coach to 8 members, Small Group Personal Training is our core product. Follow a proven system, tailored to your needs, and lead by one of our expert coaches.

What is Circuits?

With classes up to 18 members, the format changes monthly but will always follow the foundations of cardio equipment, bodyweight and kettlebell exercises.

What is Modified Strongman?

Think big movements! But don't worry, strongman is for EVERY body. From lifting atlas stones to carrying kegs above your head, it's such good fun to pick heavy stuff up and put it down again!

Our newest addition to the timetable brings the movements of Hyrox. With longer duration efforts and a focus on sustained performance, test your engine at this class over the whole 50 minutes!

What if I'm a complete beginner?

Then you'll be like 60% of members we sign up!

It doesn't matter if you've never stepped foot in a gym before or how old (young!) you are. You might never have been interested in sport or fitness, and that's okay! After your initial assessment in your Introduction session, we'll have a much better understanding of what you can do and we'll be able to tailor everything to suit your needs.

What about any injuries/conditions I have?

We've got a lot of them don't worry! From multiple surgeries, bionic-bits and all those aches and pains that don't seem to go away, we've got you covered. We'll go over any concerns in your Intro and make sure we assess and manage this as best as we can, ensuring the whole team is aware before you step foot on the gym floor.

Our aim is to give you confidence in what you can do and be proactive in helping you get the most from your sessions.

Do I need to be strong to start?

Absolutely not! And strong is a relative term anyway... If you can lift anything then you can weight train - no one is too weak! We'll bring the challenges if you bring the effort!

Will I fit in?

We've not met you yet, but we can wholeheartedly say yes you will!

Some of our youngest members have found friends 30+ years older than them. Members train with others who are young enough to be their grandchildren. Basically your age, gender, background and ability don't matter - everyone is welcome under our roof.
