Once you've completed the payment and attended your Introduction session, you can start right away!
Yes - every new member must complete an Intro. It takes no longer than an hour. We'll give you a tour of the gym (if you haven't already been in), complete your InBody scan, set up some goals/habits to focus on over the next month, as well as making sure you're all set up on our booking software and ensure you have everything you need in your welcome pack to get you settled in.
We have slots allocated each week with members of our coaching team. Once your payment is completed you will be contacted to arrange the most convenient time for you.
This value of all of the components totals over £500, but we're offering it all to you for just £197. This includes unlimited Small Group PT sessions each week, unlimited classes, InBody scans at the start and end of your trial, your own personal coach, weekly check-ins and a goal-specific training programme.
