Semi Private Personal Training (Free 7 Day Trial)

Description
This is our high end coaching service for people who want their own personalised programme for training and nutrition

This service provides all of the benefits of having your own Personal Trainer at a fraction of the costs – We tailor everything we do for your needs

This service includes:

Choose from 8 or 12 Sessions per month, all of which are taken by a specialist Personal Trainer

A Personal Nutrition Plan and access to our Body Composition Analyser (So you can see where you are making progress fastest) 

Specialist Goal Setting and review sessions – meaning we can discuss how your plan needs to change based on your unique situation. We make the plan work for you.

Flexible booking times – We have 8 Available Sessions per day

Maximum of 4 people per session – this means you get the best mix of hugely effective coaching AND support from others on the same path.

Sessions
06.30, 07.30, 08.30, 09.30, 16.30, 17.30, 18.30 & 19.30.  Monday-Friday with a 12.30 Tuesday & Thursday.  Saturday 07.30 & 08.30.

Fee

First 7 Days Free (3 Sessions)

Then your first payment is for 30 Days at £99 (12 sessions)

Then £169 per month for 12 Sessions (£14.08 per session) or £139 Per month for 8 Sessions (£17.36 Per session)

Group Training (7 Day Free Trial)

Description
This is our group training programme for a maximum 18 people per group. It is specifically for men and women who don’t just want to get in shape, but get strong too. We will provide you with progressive strength training, bespoke nutrition support and daily accountability to ensure that you make amazing progress every day.

Due to the large group nature – we don’t recommned bootcamp for total beginners and suggest 30 days in our semi private service first

Personal Training

Description
Do you want to have your coach exclusive to yourself? Whilst you enjoy the benefit of not having to wait for any equipment in a busy gym you also have the luxury of not having to share your trainer with anyone else.
