- 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝟏-𝟏𝟎 (𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞)
You’ll have a 1-2- Welcome session with a Personal Trainer who will help set a personalised plan for you, we’ll learn and understand your goal of the 30day and then set you specific targets to achieve within your time with us. You’ll then have 2 Small Group Personal Training sessions, done in groups of a maximum of 4 people, working you through your Personal Training Plan.

You’ll have a review session with your Personal Trainer who will make any necessary adjustments to your plan based on your unique progress and how you have adapted to the first phase . . You will then have another 3 Small Group Personal Training sessions . ..

You get to choose how you spend the remainder of your 30 days based on your own preferences. . . You can choose another 4 sessions in our Small Group Personal Training . . Or you can access our larger group training service if classes is more your kind of thing . . This will be a choice that you can make based on what you enjoy the most and get the most from for you

The cost for the 30 Day Plan is just £99 for your 30 days, however we only charge you on day 8….so if you don’t like your first week with us then you can leave without being charged!
What you get on your 30-day trial
One of our team will be your assigned fitness coach and will be on hand whenever you need them, to help you stay on track.
9 Personal Training Sessions
Depending on your needs, you’ll receive around two personal training sessions a week with one of our expert coaches.
Measure & Monitor Session
At your initial evaluation session we’ll find out what you’re made of, to help you measure and monitor your progress.
14 Group Training Sessions per week
A unlimited amount of training sessions each week. We use a wide range of equipment and training methods to build fitness, strength, as well as burn fat and tone up.
Full Movement screening
Your first session is always an hour one-to-one where we assess your movement and flexibility.
You’ll receive comprehensive nutrition advice to complement your fitness programme and help you reach your goals faster.

Using the information you have supplied we will contact you ASAP to go through your trial form.
Payment taken and confirmed
We process your payment and get you set up on the booking software.

Book your initial evaluation
Finally, you’ll select a date and time for your initial one-to-one evaluation session. Now you’re on your way.
No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We’re not physiotherapists, but the team is highly experienced in creating programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.
You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest an appropriate membership option and programme going forward. If you decide that Custom Fitness isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.
