Body Transformation Course
This is an 8-week course that focuses on enhancing your health to maximise results. The course lots to get you feeling better, have more energy, lose body fat and manage stress. Through exercise, nutrition and lifestyle coaching a individual plan is created for every participant to follow.
The 6-week Pilates course held here at Custom Fitness are based on the original principles of Pilates set out by Joseph Pilates* and his 34 movement patterns, with adaptations where appropriate to make them suitable and achievable for beginners whilst still offering a challenge to intermediate and advanced class-goers. This proves to be a very popular course and sells out quickly.
Learn to Lift Course
This course aims to coach people who want to develop their lifting skill set from the base compound movements to more complex lifting techniques. A great course if you want to develop your weight lifting.
